At Cota SkinCare, we want you to love your glow; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the product seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
